Shannon Carter, MS is an Extension Educator for Family and Consumer Sciences with Ohio State University Extension in Fairfield County. She is passionate about helping people “live smart” by sharing research-based information through programs and media. Her favorite topics include workplace wellness, mindfulness, youth wellness and food safety.
