Health Insurance protects and provides for you and your family.  It helps keep you physically and financially healthy.

 Health Insurance

  • Helps manage and reduce the risk of getting sick and becoming injured
  • Provides greater income security leading to peace of mind
  • Gives you access to preventive services like screenings and check-ups
  • Supports management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease

Use this checklist to obtain, interpret and understand TRUSTWORTHY basic health information and services
