Social Media Effort to Help Families Get Healthier by Heading ‘Back to the Kitchen’ — Ohio State University Extension

Michael R. Betz, PhD is currently an Assistant Professor in Human Sciences and Extension State Specialist in Family and Consumer Sciences. Mike works extensively with community economic development and its relationship with family well-being. His research focuses on the dynamics of communities engaged in natural resource extraction and how engagement in such actives impacts the short- and long-term well-being of families in those communities.
